HOW LODGE GOT GOING

Lodge Bread Co. started as a simple "I dare you to do it" between Or Amsalam and Alex Phaneuf and quickly became their life's work.

The brick-and-mortar bakery opened in 2015 after some wild antics and amazing blessings from friends and family. The bakery focuses on whole-grain sourdough bread making and milling flour. This owner-operated and team-focused bakery invites you into its humble roots daily and hopes you take away from it every ounce we pour in.
